Our History

Over the years

Founded in 1988 by Guy Parr and Paul Anderson, Parragon Books evolved from a distribution business to a highly successful international publishing house that was later bought by DC Thomson. Parragon Publishing India (PPI) was created as a joint venture with DC Thomson, one of the leading media organisations in the UK. Established as a holding company for PPI, PPIPL UK has evolved into a global content publishing and digital media business.
